Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deliver, and maintain core University Identity systems.
- Implement new features through platform research, design, testing, and delivery.
- Handle, prioritize, and communicate about user service requests for supported applications.
- Assist team members with fulfilling user requests.
- Maintain operational stability for custom applications inherited from other UITS teams.
- Perform complex code analysis and reverse engineering of legacy applications.
- Document technical discoveries to support future development, security, and service stability.
- Participate in department- and university-level planning and analysis for identity and access management systems.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux computer operating systems.
- Knowledge of the SailPoint IGA Platform.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Knowledge of computer systems administration or programming theory, principles, and practices.
- Skill in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer operating and application systems and utilities.
- Skill in providing technical information and support to technical and non-technical users.
