Base Salary
$154k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end features across the full stack using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Postgres.
- Architect and optimize backend data models, APIs, and services for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Build and refine user interfaces that simplify complex hardware manufacturing workflows.
- Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining and improving the CI pipeline and supporting on-call shifts.
- Implement and maintain a strong automated testing culture with comprehensive coverage.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Partner with product and hardware teams to translate user needs into software solutions.
- Mentor and guide mid- through internship-level engineers through code reviews and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience building production web applications.
- Deep expertise in full stack TypeScript.
- Proficiency with React, GraphQL, Typescript, and Postgres.
- Experience designing and maintaining backend services using Node.js or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and experience with modern testing frameworks.
- Proven ability to own features from concept through deployment.
- Prior on-call/incident response participation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
