Base Salary
$154k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic systems and workflows that automate complex manufacturing processes.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines leveraging vector databases for intelligent search.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure and improve AI system performance.
- Create developer tooling and internal platforms to accelerate AI adoption.
- Integrate LLM APIs into production applications.
- Design end-to-end features using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Postgres.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with product and hardware teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Mentor engineers on AI/ML best practices.
- Participate in operational excellence activities.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems or AI-powered automation.
- Experience with RAG architectures and semantic search implementations.
- Proficiency in full-stack development with TypeScript, React, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks.
- Proven ability to own features from concept to deployment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
