Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of features end to end across DAP onboarding and repository/background flows.
- Build autonomous and scheduled agents that operate on customer codebases.
- Improve the DAP onboarding experience for quick project configuration.
- Collaborate with engineers on shared interfaces and patterns.
- Review designs and code to ensure technical quality.
- Contribute to a culture of autonomy, ownership, and async-first collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails in production systems.
- Experience integrating LLMs into products.
- Experience building agentic systems that act on a user's behalf.
- A track record of designing and shipping features independently.
- Strong written communication skills for effective async collaboration.
