Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems for the FRAME engine.
- Architect multi-agent workflows to accelerate development and reduce manual effort.
- Develop AI automation that produces performance-safe outputs in embedded C++ environments.
- Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for agent reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
- Stay updated on agentic AI research and integrate advancements into the platform.
- Mentor engineers on AI-first development practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building agentic AI systems for scalable applications.
- Strong software engineering foundation with a track record of reliable systems.
- Deep familiarity with modern LLM orchestration tools and AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation and evaluation-driven development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python for agent development and automation.
- Instinct for reliability, testability, and clean architecture in AI systems.
- Excellent technical communication and root cause analysis abilities.
