Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent test analysis systems to identify quality gaps.
- Collect, analyze, and act on testing data to improve quality processes.
- Implement systematic regression tracking to prevent regression reoccurrence.
- Establish methodologies for measuring and improving test quality beyond pass/fail metrics.
- Leverage AI tools for automated failure analysis and root cause identification.
- Define architectural patterns for effective and maintainable testing.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with test architecture and automation systems design.
- 3+ years of programming experience with Python and knowledge of C++.
- Expertise in AI for testing, including LLMs and predictive analytics.
- Experience with autonomous testing agents and continuous integration tools.
- Advanced skills in test analysis, including flakiness analysis and failure pattern recognition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
