Responsibilities
- Align and focus continuous integration and continuous deployment activities for applications.
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across application lifecycle stages including planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure according to supported software requirements.
- Onboard applications to DevOps tools and configure them for client needs.
- Create user-access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Build and customize DevOps tools based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting that connects application code with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment.
- Provide internal and external customer support for DevOps tools across multiple platforms.
- Resolve tool-related tickets within specified turnaround times, follow escalation procedures, and perform root-cause analysis of critical or recurring issues.
Requirements
- Mandatory skill: DevOps.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Ability to collaborate with application, development, testing, operations, and customer teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
