Responsibilities
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Automate and streamline integration, deployment, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring processes.
- Manage IT infrastructure supporting software applications.
- Onboard applications to DevOps tools and configure them according to client requirements.
- Create user-access workflows and provision access according to defined processes.
- Build and customize DevOps tools based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting needed to connect application code with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Provide support for DevOps tools across multiple platforms.
- Resolve tool-related tickets within specified turnaround times and perform root-cause analysis of critical or recurring issues.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in DevOps.
- Experience with DevOps automation, integration, deployment, infrastructure management, monitoring, and operational support.
- Ability to collaborate with application development and testing teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and follow escalation processes.
