Responsibilities
- Develop infrastructure automation and platform engineering solutions.
- Build orchestration services, ServiceNow integrations, inventory synchronization services, API gateways, and automation workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow Service Catalog, ServiceNow APIs, workflow systems, CMDB, and DCIM platforms.
- Develop monitoring event processing, incident automation, and change automation capabilities.
- Support Day-0 through Day-N platform operations using infrastructure automation and systems integration.
Requirements
- Software engineering experience focused on infrastructure automation, systems integration, and platform development.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
- Experience with REST APIs, message queues, API-based synchronization, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, platform engineering, Git, GitOps concepts, inventory systems, and monitoring integrations.
