Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize trading desk infrastructure and operational processes.
- Support trading systems and workflows by executing data queries and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Design and implement solutions for trading and operational issues.
- Communicate with clearing firms and external counterparties to settle and clear trades.
- Build tools that improve operational efficiency and trade execution.
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation and interest in expanding programming skills.
- Critical thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and adaptability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in finance and passion for STEM.
- Reliable team-player attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English.
- Prior finance experience or a specific academic background is not required.
