Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, develop, deploy, and support large-scale enterprise solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Automate repetitive workflows, optimize backend processes, and create robust, scalable code.
  • Build custom user experiences and a reusable component library for Salesforce administrators.
  • Design and implement Salesforce features, global initiatives, and integrations with first-party applications and software systems.
  • Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and software development teams on requirements gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation.
  • Contribute to the Sales Technology roadmap and learn and support AWS technologies alongside Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce Lightning applications using Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Experience with APIs and technical integrations.
  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying business software at scale.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.
  • Four or more years of Salesforce development experience is preferred.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, AWS, and modern cloud integration architectures is preferred.
