Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, deploy, and support large-scale enterprise solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Automate repetitive workflows, optimize backend processes, and create robust, scalable code.
- Build custom user experiences and a reusable component library for Salesforce administrators.
- Design and implement Salesforce features, global initiatives, and integrations with first-party applications and software systems.
- Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and software development teams on requirements gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation.
- Contribute to the Sales Technology roadmap and learn and support AWS technologies alongside Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
- Experience implementing Salesforce Lightning applications using Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning App Builder.
- Experience with APIs and technical integrations.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying business software at scale.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies.
- Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.
- Four or more years of Salesforce development experience is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred.
- Expertise in Salesforce, AWS, and modern cloud integration architectures is preferred.
