Responsibilities
- Design, implement, integrate, and test software solutions of moderate complexity.
- Deliver software solutions to live production systems individually and collaboratively.
- Develop and support front-end and back-end components integrating with internal systems and external services.
- Maintain custom features and provide occasional on-call or emergency support.
- Follow security, availability, confidentiality, privacy, and accessibility requirements.
- Assist and mentor teammates by providing technical guidance and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Golang; SQL; and web development.
- Knowledge of the full software development life cycle and service-oriented architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and fluent English written and oral communication skills.
- Experience contributing in an Agile development environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and provide occasional on-call or emergency support.
- Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines applied across product, design, and engineering.
