Responsibilities
- Implement and tune control algorithms for multi-fingered hands.
- Develop and maintain manipulation software for real-time execution.
- Translate state-of-the-art methods into production-grade C++/Python.
- Build and refine sim-to-real pipelines for robotic hands.
- Deploy and debug manipulation capabilities on physical robots.
- Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to optimize performance.
- Uphold code quality through testing, documentation, and peer review.
Requirements
- Experience in dexterous manipulation and high-DOF hand control.
- Proficiency in reinforcement learning for robotic control.
- Strong skills in Python and working knowledge of C++ for real-time software.
- Hands-on experience with physics simulators like IsaacSim, MuJoCo, or Drake.
- Solid understanding of robotics fundamentals including kinematics and dynamics.
- Proven track record of deploying algorithms on physical hardware.
