Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Build and optimize Power Automate cloud flows for business process automation.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance applications.
- Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
- Create reusable components and follow Power Platform best practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Gather and understand requirements from business stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Deliver Power Apps solutions, automated workflows, deployment support, bug fixes, and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of overall experience and 3–5 years of relevant experience with Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Strong hands-on expertise with enterprise Canvas Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse.
- Knowledge of Power Platform environment management, SharePoint permissions, Power Fx, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, REST APIs, and OData queries.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph API, Office 365 connectors, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SQL Server.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400 are preferred.
- Experience with custom connectors, solution management, ALM, managed solutions, and environment variables is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git or Azure DevOps and knowledge of delegation, performance optimization, security, governance, and enterprise-scale implementations are preferred.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, AI Builder, or Copilot Studio is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and collaboration skills are required.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is advantageous.
