Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex features aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team-level technical decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions and cross-team solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and support skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain quality and drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve system capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in an agile environment.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient code using development best practices.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
