Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph.
- Define user interactions with AI systems through workflows and interfaces.
- Implement context engineering approaches to enhance LLM system performance.
- Develop production-grade services and APIs for scalability and reliability.
- Build frameworks for AI observability and evaluation.
- Collaborate with risk, engineering, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities and prototype innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with AI systems in production.
- Strong experience with LLMs and building applications using prompting and APIs.
- Experience designing agentic systems with multi-step reasoning and workflow orchestration.
- Deep knowledge in context engineering for LLM systems.
- Strong backend engineering skills, preferably in Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
- Strong system design skills for scalable solutions.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
