Base Salary
$260k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery on qualified enterprise knowledge work opportunities.
- Partner with Research Partners to facilitate technical conversations with lab researchers.
- Translate capability goals into scoped deliverables for Turing.
- Build prototypes and demos to validate approaches before contract signing.
- Own proof of concept projects from kickoff to scale-up decision.
- Channel go-to-market asks to R&D for enterprise knowledge workflow opportunities.
- Document processes and build a playbook for future hires.
Requirements
- 5+ years in applied AI, data engineering, or ML engineering.
- Strong Python fluency and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Experience designing evaluations for multi-step reasoning or agentic systems.
- Exposure to complex enterprise workflows and their data realities.
- High written communication skills for producing scoping documents.
- Commercial instinct and willingness to engage in customer meetings.
