Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build specialized AI applications and products for governments based on their processes and workflows
- Architect new deployments and design public-sector-specific features
- Collaborate with AI research on models for government applications and workflows
- Partner with government customers and go-to-market teams to translate requirements into technical and product roadmaps
- Design and build scalable systems for deployment, user management, and administrative controls
- Provide technical direction in a fast-moving environment with unique constraints
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
- Experience integrating and working with AI/ML models and understanding their capabilities
- Strong technical background with success building and shipping enterprise- or government-grade products
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field
- U.S. citizenship subject to applicable citizenship-based legal restrictions
- Preferred: startup experience scaling products from zero to one
- Preferred: experience partnering with sales, customer success, and professional services teams
- Preferred: experience delivering software to government networks
- Preferred: active federal security clearance at Secret level or above
