Responsibilities
- Build and operate agent infrastructure, including isolated development environments and secure access to internal systems.
- Design and maintain reproducible development environments for consistency across development and CI pipelines.
- Connect agents to internal and external tools for efficient task execution.
- Instrument agent executions with OpenTelemetry for observability and performance measurement.
- Define development standards for MCP servers and agent configuration sharing.
- Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to facilitate platform adoption through demonstrations and support sessions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in platform development, developer experience, or infrastructure.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and a strong interest in agent-based programming.
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Dev Containers) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of LLM agent frameworks, MCP, or tool usage patterns is a significant differentiator.
- A product-oriented mindset, designing platforms with internal clients in mind.
- Experience deploying an agent in production is a plus.
