Base Salary

$136k - $187k/yr

Responsibilities

Own technical escalations involving DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and environment operations.
Partner with customer technical teams to investigate issues, review logs, validate configurations, and diagnose root causes.
Translate customer challenges into actionable problem statements for DevOps, SRE, and software engineering teams.
Assess incident severity, prioritize resolution, and provide transparent updates throughout the incident lifecycle.
Maintain expertise in multi-cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment models.
Track recurring issues and recommend process, tooling, and architectural improvements.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and leadership teams to improve reliability and customer experience.

At least 8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, deployment, or cloud/infrastructure operations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
Experience in customer-facing high-severity escalation or technical advisor roles.
Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Kubernetes, and container environments.
Strong experience managing CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, and infrastructure monitoring and logging tools.
Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues in SaaS or cloud-native environments.
Fluent written and spoken English and exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong ownership, urgency, resilience, and composure during high-pressure incidents.
