Responsibilities
- Identify and automate manual CS workflows using AI-powered systems.
- Develop proactive triggers to guide CS teams towards impactful actions.
- Create intelligent workflows to reduce administrative tasks and enhance customer engagement.
- Build automation tools for RFPs and security questionnaires to expedite response times.
- Design systems for post-call follow-ups that generate personalized summaries and action items.
- Develop tools for competitor research and intelligence gathering.
- Integrate AI into CS tooling to synthesize account health signals and predict churn risks.
- Collaborate with CS leadership to redefine tasks and workflows around AI capabilities.
- Measure and optimize the impact of AI initiatives on productivity and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or similar technical roles.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and/or SQL.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier and custom integrations.
- Experience working with APIs and handling structured data.
- Understanding of customer success workflows and SaaS metrics.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
