Responsibilities
- Test complex customer self-service and back-office applications.
- Support solution customization and rollout for new platform clients.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Identify and communicate quality-related risks to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to improve requirements quality.
- Write test plans, test cases, checklists, and other testing documentation.
- Report and track discovered bugs through their lifecycle.
- Automate test cases and perform end-to-end testing across web and native applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of experience testing native iOS and Android apps, responsive web applications, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong end-to-end testing experience across web and native applications, including critical user journeys and cross-platform integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Xcode, Android Studio, TestFlight, Charles Proxy, and Firebase.
- Experience designing test cases, applying risk-based testing, and developing coverage for complex user journeys.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, test management tools, mobile testing tools, API debugging, and Browser DevTools.
- Deep understanding of agile QA practices and sprint-based development.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-moving environments.
