Base Salary
$211k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of security-critical PKI infrastructure.
- Lead cryptographic operations including key ceremonies and credential management.
- Drive technical strategy for system hardening and automation.
- Investigate and solve complex engineering problems and production incidents.
- Collaborate with various teams to translate business requirements and compliance standards.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining distributed systems on Linux.
- Strong software development background, preferably in Go.
- Deep understanding of applied cryptography and PKI architecture.
- Proven ability to lead technical decision-making and influence architectural discussions.
- Experience building highly secure environments with vulnerability management.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers.
