Responsibilities
- Design, develop, optimize, and document scalable frontend and backend software solutions.
- Develop and maintain APIs, tools, scripts, and microservices-based applications.
- Implement containerized solutions and automate operational and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Data Management, DevOps, operations, development, and business teams.
- Gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, provide estimates, and document technical designs and procedures.
- Write, automate, execute, and document test cases, including integration, usability, and accessibility testing.
- Manage version control, branching and merging strategies, and source code and infrastructure changes.
- Support secure and efficient data collection and storage in accordance with data architecture guidelines.
- Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge transfer, and contribute to an autonomous and inclusive work culture.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with approximately 60% frontend and 40% backend experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience developing with React or Next.js in a team environment.
- At least 3 years of professional experience developing with Java or Go in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Experience with Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions, SonarCloud, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
