Responsibilities
- Engage in technical pre-sales conversations to showcase Yoodli's platform value.
- Guide customers through architecture reviews and craft tailored solutions.
- Support customers during onboarding and integrations.
- Manage RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets.
- Translate customer needs into product insights and scalable processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
- 1+ years of experience selling to enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong technical acumen with APIs, SSO, and basic scripting skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
