Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor application behavior and maintain system reliability, uptime, and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on key technical decisions.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and help manage team execution and decisions.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development, including front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Java back-end development and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
