Responsibilities
- Support complex transformation and implementation projects involving the Murex MX.3 platform for banks and financial-services providers
- Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solution designs
- Support configuration, integration, and testing of new functionality
- Work with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, and IT teams as the link between business and technology
- Optimize and digitize capital-markets processes across the full trade lifecycle
- Gradually take responsibility for work packages, subprojects, and functional coordination of smaller project teams
Requirements
- Completed university degree and relevant professional experience in consulting, IT, or transformation projects within financial services
- Strong knowledge of capital-markets products and processes, such as fixed income, derivatives, FX/MM, risk, operations, or accounting
- Practical experience with Murex MX.3 as a business analyst, engineer, key user, application owner, or consultant
- Interest and experience in technical topics including system integration, data flows, interfaces, migrations, configuration, or testing
- Fluent German and English with strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Preferred experience in technical implementation or enhancement of Murex modules
- Preferred knowledge of project management, target operating models, regulatory transformation, SQL, data analysis, interface technologies, test automation, or modern system architectures
- Preferred experience functionally coordinating project teams or workstreams
