Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and maintain custom Salesforce software solutions and application components.
- Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and help manage the team to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- Evaluate and improve development processes for greater efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Proficiency integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
- Experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
