Responsibilities
- Understand functional, migration, security, quality, business process, workflow, and user interface requirements.
- Design and integrate system components including screens, reports, interfaces, and automated processes.
- Design programming work units, supervise programming activities, and design logical and physical databases.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for accountable IT systems, including monitoring availability, performance, security, and system alerts.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues, manage service level agreements, and resolve incidents.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Plan and execute system testing, migration, rollout, conversion, and production monitoring activities.
- Investigate design issues, manage change requests, and resolve system test and user acceptance test issues.
- Review unit test cases, test data, expected results, and defects, and sign off unit testing after review.
- Develop operating procedures, training materials, system documentation, and user manuals, and train end-users.
- Support system audits and assessments for security, data protection, and industry compliance.
- Manage vendor selection, performance, and relationships to support cost-effective, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
- Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, MQ, and shell scripting.
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, and CI/CD technologies.
- Git, Jenkins, ATM systems, card systems, and channel applications are advantageous.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues involving critical IT systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications related to project management are a plus.
