Responsibilities

Lead consulting projects to drive process improvement and ensure business readiness for AI solutions.
Consult with clients to understand their business and technical processes.
Provide best practice recommendations for self-service and AI software solutions.
Collaborate with product development teams to suggest improvements.
Manage senior stakeholder relationships and ensure active participation.
Build long-term relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
Guide application and data consultants through program leadership.
Manage consulting programs in alignment with product implementation.
Establish and monitor progress toward business success criteria.
Map business cases into actionable items and solution designs.
Align launch strategies with use cases and value priorities.
Secure buy-in from various stakeholders.
Provide input into technical project plans to capture business requirements.
Develop and deliver presentations demonstrating software value.
Analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.
8-12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in self-service or AI software domains.
Experience with contact center enterprise software and digital self-service channels.
Knowledge management expertise is required.
Experience with generative AI in customer service is a plus.
IVR/Routing/ACD experience is preferred.
Proven ability to handle senior executive audiences and provide thought leadership.
Demonstrated operational performance improvements in project teams.
Multi-industry experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills are essential.
