Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, customize, and update software solutions and applications.
- Analyze system requirements and support software releases and roll-outs.
- Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based systems and containerized applications.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to verify technical specifications and application quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on routine projects.
- Build or support internal developer platforms and self-service tooling.
- Conduct market and industry analysis to inform project strategies and product offerings.
- Train operational staff on internally developed applications.
- Work cross-functionally and exercise independent judgment in resolving significant technical issues.
- Maintain regular attendance and work nights, weekends, or variable schedules as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with at least one programming language, such as Go or Python.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or OCI.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Argo CD, Terraform, and GitOps practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience operating production Kubernetes environments and managed Kubernetes services such as EKS or OKE.
- Preferred familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Preferred experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent coursework, experience, or extensive related professional experience may be considered.

- Base pay range of $120,212.52-$180,318.78, plus bonus eligibility for most non-sales positions; compensation figures are excluded from benefits classification.
