Base Salary
$170k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engineer, administer, automate, sustain, and troubleshoot shared Linux-based cloud and DevOps platform services.
- Provision, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, Security Groups, and Elastic Load Balancing.
- Operate and support containerized services and workloads using Docker or Podman.
- Configure, administer, integrate, and troubleshoot Jenkins and/or GitLab CI/CD tooling.
- Develop automation scripts, configuration patterns, deployment procedures, and reusable solutions using Bash and/or Python.
- Integrate platform tooling with source control, artifact repositories, authentication and authorization services, security tooling, monitoring, logging, and ticketing systems.
- Work independently with global enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional teams to complete projects.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly, or the ability to obtain CI Poly.
- 5–10+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform operations, cloud infrastructure, or infrastructure engineering.
- Production or mission-environment experience administering and troubleshooting Linux-based systems.
- Experience supporting AWS infrastructure and services.
- Experience building, running, troubleshooting, or supporting Docker and/or Podman workloads.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines from scratch with GitLab and/or Jenkins.
- Experience with Git-based source-control workflows.
- Ability to automate infrastructure and processes using Bash and/or Python.
- Ability to work independently and communicate across a global enterprise and cross-functional teams.
