Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites and meet analysts to understand critical questions, workflows, and pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines.
- Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to improve product adoption and operational impact.
- Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into product offerings.
- Build and deliver demos for new and existing customers.
- Scope potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations.
Requirements
- Ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
- Adaptive and introspective approach with willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
- Ability to travel 25–75%, varying by location and team.
- Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is a plus.
- Security clearance or ability to obtain a clearance is preferred.
