Base Salary
$125k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing for hardware-in-the-loop and hardware-out-of-the-loop software.
- Develop full-stack solutions for automated testing of vehicle subsystems using simulation and flight software.
- Contribute to test automation and CI/CD infrastructure.
- Design, develop, and test scalable, high-performance software for flight-system control, analysis, simulation, and prototyping.
- Support critical project or proposal timelines, including extended hours and weekends when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or an engineering discipline.
- At least 1 year of software-development experience developing applications in Python, C++, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience with automated testing of HITL or HOOTL software.
- Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred: strong software design and development skills and professional full-stack production web-application experience.
- Preferred: experience with Lit, React, Redux, Bamboo, Ansible, Jenkins, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux or Unix, and database systems.
- Preferred: skills in debugging, performance optimization, data-throughput analysis, and unit testing.
- Active Top Secret, Top Secret SCI, or DOE Level Q clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance.
- Must satisfy applicable ITAR eligibility requirements or be eligible to obtain required authorizations.
Benefits
- Base salary range is $125,000.00-$160,000.00 for Level 1 or $145,000.00-$195,000.00 for Level 2.

- The position requires obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret clearance and may require pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing for sensitive missions.
