Base Salary
$130k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, performant web products using React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
- Own features from inception and design through implementation and launch as the web expert on the team.
- Build and improve tools supporting Robinhood’s operations and platforms.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to iterate and ship financial products.
- Build frameworks and abstractions that accelerate and empower other developers.
- Advocate for code quality, testing best practices, and improved code review processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-time professional experience with modern web standards, technologies, and frameworks.
- Strong JavaScript skills and the ability to efficiently debug JavaScript in Node and browser environments.
- A track record of leading projects and delivering large-scope technical projects at scale.
- A strong focus on developer experience, code quality, testing practices, and code review improvement.
