Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, debug, document, install, upgrade, and deploy low- to moderately complex software and technology initiatives.
- Implement and integrate Saviynt and other Identity and Access Management solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and availability and resolve or escalate technical issues within established SLAs.
- Manage issues, incidents, and change processes using Jira and ServiceNow.
- Operate and support Linux, WebLogic, Tomcat, Oracle, SQL Server, and related platforms.
- Communicate technical recommendations to technology colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, and nontechnical audiences.
- Collaborate across technical and cross-functional teams while balancing hands-on engineering with leadership and active listening.
- Apply banking-industry, regulatory, security, compliance, and risk-management requirements to technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Preferred experience implementing Identity and Access Management solutions such as Saviynt.
- Preferred 2+ years of experience using Java, JavaScript, XML, and SQL, with experience in SCIM and REST APIs.
- Ability to design and integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure and deep working knowledge of at least one IAM tool.
- Knowledge of information security concepts and operating systems and relational database management systems.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology or engineering is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, negotiation, conflict-resolution, decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work with nontechnical stakeholders and follow Agile iterative delivery practices.
