Responsibilities
- Analyze and map complex end-to-end audit processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Apply Lean/Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste in the audit lifecycle.
- Design standardized, modular workflow patterns for various audit domains.
- Build and deploy AI-assisted workflows to automate control mapping and documentation.
- Develop and maintain a Prompt Registry and Agent Library for AI interactions.
- Design automations in Microsoft Power Automate or Make.com for exception handling.
- Create real-time risk dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Ensure AI solutions meet corporate governance and data privacy standards.
- Embed validation controls in automated processes for quality assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or Accounting with a technical focus.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Audit Transformation, Process Excellence, or Business Systems Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and AI platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in automation tools like Power Automate or Zapier.
- Strong background in manufacturing or government contracting is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and AI-based audit tools.
- Knowledge of Data Governance and Datawarehouse technologies.
