Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Education Cloud implementations.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to understand institutional objectives and challenges.
- Develop scalable solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
- Architect Education Cloud solutions across various functional areas.
- Define enterprise data architecture, governance frameworks, and integration strategies.
- Lead data migration strategy and planning efforts.
- Provide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery excellence.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities and client presentations.
- Mentor consultants and promote architectural standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- 3+ years in a Solution Architect or equivalent leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Education Cloud and higher education business processes.
- Strong understanding of Education Cloud data architecture.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Proven experience developing enterprise data models and security architectures.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
