Responsibilities
- Set and drive the technical direction for the DAP Repository Flows team.
- Lead the design and delivery of autonomous and scheduled agents for customer codebases.
- Refine the DAP onboarding experience for quick project configuration.
- Collaborate with other teams to align on interfaces and platform capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and elevate the team's technical quality.
- Identify and resolve complex technical problems through sound design.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails in production systems.
- Experience integrating LLMs into products.
- Background in building agentic systems that act on a user's behalf.
- Proven track record of designing and shipping complex, high-scale systems.
- Strong written communication skills for async-first environments.
- Judgment and influence expected of a staff-level engineer.
