Base Salary
$123k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards, especially across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360, and cross-cloud integrations.
- Own end-to-end solution design for multi-cloud implementations connecting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Configure Data Cloud ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, real-time segmentation, and unified customer profiles.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Marketing Cloud Connect, MuleSoft, Boomi, APIGEE, MFT, and Attunity.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture patterns and data models with architects, product owners, and marketing stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership to hybrid onshore/offshore contractors and employees.
- Conduct code and design reviews and optimize solutions for performance, scalability, security, and reusable best practices.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally in a Salesforce Architect, Senior Engineer, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, and Contact Builder.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 data ingestion, mapping, unification, and activation.
- Experience designing cross-cloud integrations across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Strong SQL logic, data-flow design, and complex audience-segmentation experience.
- Experience with Agentforce and emerging AI marketing capabilities.
- Proven MarTech solution design and multi-stream implementation experience.
- Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce build-and-run projects.
- Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with B2B/B2C lead and case management processes.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, or Data Cloud Consultant.
