Base Salary
$105k - $116k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-level custom applications and cloud solutions.
- Lead small software delivery teams and help teammates develop their skills and careers.
- Execute projects across the full software development lifecycle, including estimation, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and delivery.
- Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune 500 clients across industries.
- Present findings, solutions, and demonstrations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Use AI strategically to improve client solutions, streamline development, uncover insights, and communicate AI’s value, limitations, and ethical use.
- Engage in continuous learning, professional development, community service, and social events.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience providing technical leadership through coaching others or leading project work such as estimation, task assignment, timelines, requirements gathering, and design.
- Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to create and implement innovative solutions and solve complex problems.
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt to varied environments.
- Ability to explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, or Engineering, or comparable experience.
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
