Responsibilities
- Own AI products and services across discovery, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Build production-ready AI applications using LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, automation platforms, and cloud technologies.
- Rapidly prototype ideas with users and evolve successful experiments into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Partner with Creative, Production, Engineering, design, producer, and artist teams to translate workflows into AI solutions.
- Drive technical and architectural decisions and contribute to design reviews.
- Ensure solutions are reliable, observable, secure, tested, versioned, permissioned, and maintainable.
- Share knowledge, improve engineering standards, and help evolve the team’s technical practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience delivering production systems.
- Strong hands-on engineering skills and experience shipping products end-to-end.
- Experience building AI-powered applications with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud services, and modern development practices.
- Ability to work through ambiguity while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Pragmatic focus on solving user problems and delivering business impact.
- Passion for applying AI to workflows, creativity, and operational efficiency.
- Preferred: experience with internal platforms or developer tools, multimodal AI, computer vision, generative media, MLOps, evaluation pipelines, AI observability, creative production, gaming, content pipelines, or digital asset workflows.
