Responsibilities
- Manage system deployment, configuration, and release pipelines.
- Design and manage automated deployment pipelines for reliable releases.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response when required.
- Evaluate and adopt tools or technologies to improve operational workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least three years of backend engineering or site reliability engineering experience.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
- Scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Strong ownership, proactive automation mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Chinese.
- Preferred: experience with cloud infrastructure and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
- Preferred: knowledge of performance profiling and load testing tools.
- Preferred: exposure to security hardening, access control, or compliance auditing.
