Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive R solutions for client problems.
- Choose appropriate technology solutions for business and technical needs.
- Build and deliver R/Shiny web applications and features according to timelines.
- Communicate directly with clients and discuss delivery changes.
- Understand client problems and translate them into effective solutions.
- Share knowledge and drive innovation.
- Write high-quality, optimized code.
- Process, analyze, and visualize datasets effectively.
- Troubleshoot Shiny reactivity and performance issues.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of R and advanced Shiny mechanisms, including bindings, DataObj registration, performance optimization, promises, and single-threading.
- Proven experience building web applications or websites with R/Shiny and JavaScript.
- Ability to use JavaScript to implement visually impressive applications.
- Strong understanding of Shiny reactivity and troubleshooting.
- Advanced Git knowledge and very good SQL knowledge.
- Experience with cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience processing, analyzing, and visualizing datasets optimally.
- Valid passport for candidates based outside Poland or a valid Polish ID for candidates based in Poland.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Good understanding of Agile.
