Responsibilities

Build and maintain secure, scalable, HIPAA- and HITRUST-compliant infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
Contribute to DevOps architecture practices and the direction of CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
Develop and maintain Python-based CI/CD automation for testing, validation, and deployment workflows.
Build and manage Docker and Kubernetes containerized environments, including EKS, AKS, and self-hosted clusters.
Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
Support and improve the custom Python- and cloud-based deployment platform.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues and improve reliability, scalability, automation, monitoring, and security.
Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and other cross-functional teams and share DevOps knowledge.

At least 4 years of development experience, including designing moderately complex systems.
Solid cloud experience, preferably with AWS.
Strong Linux systems administration and networking knowledge.
Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD systems with platforms such as GitLab, Jenkins, or Travis.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
Proficiency with Bash, Python, and Terraform for scripting and automation.
Knowledge of efficient, maintainable, testable, and portable application practices.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, teamwork, and continuous-improvement orientation.
Preferred: agentic AI capabilities, MCP configuration, or GenAI/LLM deployment experience.
Preferred: AWS or GCP DevOps certification.
