Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, reliable enterprise software using modern frameworks and cloud-native principles.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across multiple teams and products.
- Lead technical strategy, code reviews, mentorship, and engineering excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with development and product managers to align technical solutions with business and customer needs.
- Evaluate tools, technologies, and practices and drive continuous innovation and improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and participate in incident response and postmortem reviews.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior or Principal software developer.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications, preferably with AWS.
- Strong proficiency in .NET, C++, Angular, and Ext JS, with sound knowledge of C++ and .NET.
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency with databases such as Oracle, with SQL Server experience preferred.
- Testing experience and familiarity with SOLID programming, merge requests, and code review.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise software for manufacturing, healthcare, or distribution industries.
- Preferred familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Prophet, Agile methodology, GitHub, and AI development tools such as Claude, Kiro, or Amazon Q.
