Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain web-based applications and website components.
- Lead the development and implementation of web application features.
- Edit and research website content to keep it current and accurate.
- Document technical designs and specifications.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams.
- Manage and coordinate the team as a subject matter expert.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for speed, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
