Responsibilities
- Create and refine standardized UI components for quality and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and collaborate with the Design team for pixel-perfect execution.
- Publish and maintain components in the centralized design system library.
- Integrate design system components into existing products.
- Act as a consultant and mentor for engineering teams on design system best practices.
- Create prototypes and proofs of concept to test new UI patterns.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in front-end or UI engineering.
- Experience with enterprise-scale or complex professional software.
- Prior contributions to a frontend design system at scale.
- Experience integrating UI components into a complex ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and modern front-end tooling.
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and UI performance optimization.
