Base Salary
$172k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-team web development standards and best practices.
- Own cross-team collaboration and ensure effective, timely delivery.
- Architect and scale a modern frontend ecosystem using React, TypeScript, and Vue.
- Build mission-critical UI systems for internal customers and complex, data-heavy workflows.
- Collaborate with ML, frontend, UX, data services, data mining, and data annotation teams.
- Drive performance, scalability, and maintainability best practices.
- Ship quickly and iterate in a product-driven environment.
- Mentor and occasionally delegate to engineers at different levels of seniority.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
- Proficiency in Vue.
- Strong UX, usability, and product sense with a desire to build user-facing visual applications.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive initiatives with little oversight.
- Strong interpersonal, mentoring, delegation, learning, and organizational skills.
- Established technical design and documentation habits.
- Ability to work directly with customers to identify foundational needs and provide solutions.
- Bonus: exposure to Node or Python backend systems.
- Bonus: experience in game development or 3D visualization.
- Bonus: project management expertise or advanced hands-on understanding of project management agility and operational excellence.
