Responsibilities
- Diagnose or verify diagnoses for long-tail WebCompat bugs.
- Write and land WebCompat interventions and simple AI-assisted fixes.
- Reproduce and triage incoming site-breakage reports.
- Convert reported breakages into diagnosed, actionable, or fixed bugs.
Requirements
- Solid web development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Comfort debugging real-world site breakage using browser developer tools and cross-browser diagnosis.
- Comfort using AI tooling to accelerate diagnosis and fixes.
- Gecko knowledge is preferred but can be taught.
- Prior WebCompat or web-standards experience is preferred.
